10th Assembly District Democratic Task Force
What is it?
The 10th Assembly District Democratic Task Force is a chartered organization of the California Democratic Party (CDP). The primary purpose of the organization is to actively engage in political organization on the precinct level and perform other electoral political activity for the purpose of electing Democratic Party candidates endorsed by the CDP.
What is our purpose?
Our purpose is pretty simple - support and assist the 4 County Central Committees in their Voter Registration and Precinct programs and raise funds to elect (now re-elect) a Democrat in the 10th Assembly District. In addition, we provide volunteers and a communication link to our members regarding events in the 10th Assembly District.
The 10th Assembly District includes all or part of four counties. Below are links to the four Central Committee web sites.

What do we do?
We work together with the central committees on voter registration projects and events. In addition, we hold between 4 - 6 meetings in the district each year, to stay engaged in the process. We have representatives present at each Central Committee meeting to report on our activities and communicate how we can recruit volunteers to assist. Our goal is to support the Central Committees not compete with them or duplicate their efforts.
Why join and participate?
All money raised by the 10th AD Task Force up to the legal limit, except for minimal operational needs (paper - stamps for reports, etc) goes directly to the Democratic candidate's campaign committee. If you are truly interested in seeing the 10th turn fully Democratic and stay that way through the next election and beyond, it is important for you to join.
