Andres lives in the 15th Assembly District portion of the Sacramento County in Elk Grove. Andres is a young Democrat who has volunteered for the campaigns of numerous Democrats and who worked for many months registering Democrats in the 10th and 5th Assembly Districts, getting average folks engaged in the Democratic process and into the Democratic Party. He joined the central committee of the Democratic Party of Sacramento County as an elected member in 2010 and was subsequently appointed vice chair of voter registration. He is dedicated to supporting progressive values and maintaining the grassroots core of our party that keep the party strong. Andres is intimately familiar with Robert's Rules and was elected DPSC Parliamentarian in January 2011.
