This is a systematic effort to identify and provide opportunities for potential candidates to gain experience that will help them gain public elected or appointed office. It includes training and development as well as information on the technicalities of running for a position, advice on establishing and running campaigns and potential sources of funding. It includes both running for a public office and getting appointed to positions.
