  • Clubs that submit their re-chartering application between July 1 and August 4 will be eligible for re-chartering at the August Central Committee meeting if they meet all other requirements.
  • Clubs that are still not re-chartered after the August Central Committee meeting will (temporarily) lose their charter and voting representation on the Central Committee.
